“ ความซื่อสัตย์ ( Integrity ) ” ในการทำงาน .... สำคัญไฉน

ก่อนอื่นต้องถามตัวคุณเองก่อนว่า คุณมีความซื่อสัตย์ ( Integrity) ในการทำงานมากน้อยแค่ไหน และแน่นอนว่าคงจะไม่มีใครตอบว่าตนเองไม่มีความซื่อสัตย์ ความซื่อสัตย์จึงเป็นคุณลักษณะที่สำคัญและเป็นที่ต้องการในทุกองค์การ ซึ่งความซื่อสัตย์นอกจากจะหมายถึงการ รักษาความลับ ผลประโยชน์ และทรัพย์สินต่าง ๆ ของบริษัทแล้ว ความซื่อสัตย์ยังหมายรวมไปถึงการให้ข้อมูลที่ถูกต้องและไม่บิดเบือนจากความเป็นจริง และการปฏิบัติตามระเบียบหรือกฎของบริษัท และยังพบว่าอีกว่ามีหลายองค์การได้กำหนดความซื่อสัตย์เป็นวัฒนธรรมองค์การ (Corporate Culture) หรือคุณค่าร่วม ( Core Value) ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับความคิดความเชื่อที่อยากให้พนักงานทุกคนปฏิบัติ
แล้วทำไมคุณจะต้องมีความซื่อสัตย์ในการทำงาน ..... ความซื่อสัตย์ในการทำงานจะส่งผลโดยตรงต่อคุณลักษณะส่วนบุคคล ( Personal Attribute) ของตัวคุณเองที่คนอื่นมองหรือรับรู้ในตัวคุณว่าเป็นคนที่มีความซื่อสัตย์หรือไม่ นอกจากนี้ยังรวมไปถึงผลต่อเนื่องไปยังหน่วยงานและองค์การของคุณเอง ทั้งนี้คุณลักษณะของความซื่อสัตย์จะมีความสำคัญและส่งผลต่อตัวคุณและต่อหน่วยงานหรือองค์การของคุณ ขอสรุปได้ดังต่อไปนี้
1. การได้รับ ความไว้วางใจ จากหัวหน้างานของคุณ พนักงานที่มีความซื่อสัตย์ย่อมทำให้หัวหน้างานพร้อมและกล้าพอที่จะมอบหมายงานที่สำคัญหรือเป็นความลับของบริษัทให้กับคุณ เพราะหัวหน้าไว้วางใจตัวคุณเพราะรู้ว่างานที่มอบหมายให้ไปนั้นคุณต้องทำเสร็จและข้อมูลที่คุณทำนั้นมีความถูกต้องอย่างแน่นอน
2. ความน่าเชื่อถือ ได้ของตัวคุณ คุณจะได้รับการยอมรับและการกล่าวถึงในทางที่ดีจากบุคคลรอบข้าง ไม่ว่าจะเป็นหัวหน้างาน เพื่อนร่วมงาน ลูกน้อง หรือแม้กระทั่งลูกค้าของคุณเอง เช่น ยอมรับว่าคุณมีความรับผิดชอบและความตั้งใจทำงาน เนื่องจากคุณไม่เคยที่จะขาดงานหรือมาสาย รวมทั้งข้อมูลที่คุณให้นั้นมีความถูกต้องและเป็นปัจจุบันเสมอ
3. สร้างผลงาน ( Performance) ของตัวคุณ ความซื่อสัตย์ทำให้คุณมีโอกาสทำงานใหญ่หรือสำคัญ ซึ่งอาจเป็นงานที่มีผลกระทบต่อหน่วยงานหรือองค์การ โดยคุณจะมีโอกาสแสดงฝีมือการทำงานของคุณและโอกาสนี้เองย่อมจะส่งผลต่อเนื่องไปยังผลผลการปฏิบัติงาน ( Performance) และมูลค่าเพิ่ม ( Added Value) ของตัวคุณเอง
4. รักษาผลประโยชน์ของหน่วยงาน/บริษัท หากคุณมีความซื่อสัตย์แล้วล่ะก็ ย่อมหมายถึงคุณไม่ได้เอาเปรียบหน่วยงานและบริษัท เนื่องจากคุณทำงานอย่างเต็มที่ ได้ปฏิบัติตามระเบียบและรักษาทรัพย์สินของบริษัท และรวมถึงคุณไม่เอาความลับของบริษัทไปเปิดเผยให้คู่แข่งรับรู้ ซึ่งหมายถึงคุณกำลังรักษาผลประโยชน์ให้กับหน่วยงานและบริษัทของคุณเอง
มาถึงคำถามที่ว่า หากจะวัดหรือประเมินความซื่อสัตย์ได้อย่างไร เช่น หากถามว่านาย ก มีความซื่อสัตย์มากกว่านาย ข นั้น เราจะพิจารณาหรือประเมินได้จากอะไรได้บ้าง และเพื่อทำให้องค์การสามารถประเมินหรือวัดความซื่อสัตย์ได้ จึงทำให้องค์การได้กำหนดความซื่อสัตย์เป็นพฤติกรรมหรือความสามารถอย่างหนึ่ง ( Competency) ซึ่งสามารถกำหนดได้เป็นความสามารถหลัก ( Core Competency) ที่เป็นความสามารถหรือพฤติกรรมที่ใช้วัดหรือประเมินพนักงานสำหรับทุกคนและทุกตำแหน่งงาน นอกจากนี้ยังสามารถกำหนดเป็นความสามารถในงาน ( Job Competency) ได้อีกด้วย ซึ่งพฤติกรรมของความซื่อสัตย์นั้นสามารถกำหนดเป็นพฤติกรรมออกมาแยกเป็นระดับต่าง ๆ เพื่อใช้ประเมินผลและพัฒนาพนักงานได้ โดยขอยกตัวอย่างของการแบ่งพฤติกรรมความซื่อสัตย์ออกเป็น 5 ระดับ

 This is a powerful month for you with the Sun in your sign until the 23rd . This means the way should be clearer to make headway for yourself and your personal interests and professional ambitions.
You'll be keeping an eye on the piggy-bank and with Mercury and Venus there and you can do well if you play your cards right. These two will ease the flow of resources, just make sure said flow isn't travelling out of your pocket instead of into it. This area of flow can just as easily come towards you until the 27th. ​​ You could find certain contacts are lucrative or they open the door to useful resources for you.

This is a very good moment to do something nice for yourself. You might feel somewhat self-indulgent and want to treat yourself to pursuits or purchases which boost your morale or just help you to feel good. Externally, perhaps improvements are being made to your space - inside or outside. A good time to negotiate a good deal for yourself. Certain relationships may be centred around earning money, material security, buying/selling/or health and exercise.Good time for getting a bargain as people seem more inclined to give you a fair deal or help you out materially, so you could find yourself on the receiving end of treats - well we can always hope…….  And collaborating with another related to improving cash flow or in other material ways is also well favoured until the 27th.
There's likely to be more thought and discussion given to finances, practical resources and the physical/material aspects of life.This is a good time for acquiring basic stuff, improving the quality of resources and doing better materially.

When Mercury goes retrograde from the 24th for 3 weeks you may need to rethink the best way to use assets or other material resources which affect daily life before moving forwards again when Mercury goes direct.

The group dynamic is strong all month and activities with friends or acquaintances for professional or personal reasons will be highlighted. Physical energy will go into team efforts, friendships and building new contacts. You could feel overloaded at times with all the stuff you have to do on behalf of others or for a common cause you are supporting. Information technology, networking, and discussion forums are emphasized and so is putting your energies into a bigger project and working with skill or knowledge with a group of others.

The New Moon and partial Lunar eclipse on the 25th heralds new beginnings with finances and property.  From the 23rd your 'stuff' will be highlighted.

: THE SLOWER MOVING PLANETS:

Jupiter is in a 12 month cycle expanding you through close relationships or with people from a different background or culture to your own. - At times this can prove to be quite an eye-opener.  Jupiter here will encourage you to take a broader, more philosophical view in close personal or working relationships. You could find yourself being seen as the teacher or guide giving advice to others or helping them with your knowledge and experience as, for them, it gives a very different slant on things.  Overall, Jupiter is providing more opportunity for expansion in your life through one-to-one relationships, personal or professional, over these months. So you should plunge into unfamiliar social environments and cast your nets really wide if you are hunting for a mate or teacher/advisor or your ideal business associate or employer. ๆ This is a period when you can discover a better outlet or venue to share your knowledge and experience with others. If you work with the public or in one to one situations then you could find your popularity growing over this period.
Until late 2012 Saturn continues to help you come to terms with the past. You may be squaring up to some home truths and perhaps realizing you tend to shoot yourself in the foot at critical moments and you'd better clean up your act. Also, more demand to put yourself out as a support for others in a selfless manner, or beaver away behind the scenes on a project, but this will pay you back a 100 fold in the long-run.

  Uranus will be transiting your sector of daily work conditions and health for many years. This is an innovative, alternative vibration which means you could discover new approaches and skills which are not mainstream which can enliven and improve daily tasks and provide a very different kind of service to others. It could also mean more involvement with groups large or small in a working environment. A previous structure may be replaced by a new one and you'll be adapting to a changing and sometimes inspirational environment.  Some of you may be working more with groups interested in the off-beat, unconventional or alternative side of things. Also some of you may have to familiarize yourself with very different ways of working or cutting edge technology.
